By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products and Pricing
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
We aim to produce all Lowki-Poki products to a high standard. However, colours, tones, finishes and other visual characteristics may vary slightly between digital images, printed products and different print runs. As Lowki-Poki is a creative parody collectible brand, exact visual consistency across different products or print runs cannot always be guaranteed.
Colours and appearance may also vary depending on your device or screen.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, images or pricing and to update products and prices where necessary.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing or product error, suspected fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Lowki-Poki does not directly store your complete payment card details.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service, destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to the policies and handling of the relevant postal or courier service.
5. Final Sales, Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, sales are considered final once an order has been placed.
Where applicable consumer law provides a customer with a right to cancel an online purchase, that right will apply.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
We may request photographs or other reasonable evidence to help us assess the condition of the product and the circumstances of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove, restrict or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Collectible Card Packs and Pull Rates
Lowki-Poki collectible card packs contain randomised cards from the applicable collection or set.
The specific cards, characters, rarities or combinations contained within an individual pack are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the relevant product description.
Lowki-Poki does not guarantee that a customer will receive a particular character, card, rarity or combination from any individual pack unless that item is specifically stated as guaranteed.
Because opening a sealed collectible card pack changes the condition and nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or refunds solely because a customer is unhappy with the cards, characters, rarities or combinations received after opening a pack, where applicable law permits.
This includes circumstances where a customer does not receive a particular card, character or rarity that they were hoping for or expected to receive.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If a pack or card is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, please contact us so that we can address the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect or missing item, please contact us at hello@lowki-poki.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide photographs of the packaging and affected product where requested.
We will review the circumstances and work with you to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
8. Order and Packaging Records
To help protect both our customers and Lowki-Poki, we may photograph or video orders and packages during the packing and dispatch process.
These records may be used to document the condition and contents of an order before dispatch and to assist in investigating claims relating to damage, missing items, incorrect items or damage occurring during transit.
Any photographs or videos containing personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
All original Lowki-Poki artwork, characters, names, slogans, logos and other original creative content are owned by or licensed to Lowki-Poki.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use Lowki-Poki original content without prior permission.
Lowki-Poki products may contain humorous parody references to third-party characters, brands or intellectual property.

10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Lowki-Poki website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security or functionality.
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, completely error-free or free from interruptions.
